All sales are final.

No returns. No refunds.

The only exception:

• Damaged items before customer receipt

If your product arrives damaged, you must report it within 24–48 hours with clear photos/videos.

After verification, we may provide a replacement.

We do not accept returns based on:

Change of mind

Product variations in color, wood pattern, or intensity

Delays caused by shipping companies
