To maintain product integrity and hygiene standards, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy, with one clear exception outlined below.
1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of oud, perfumes, and fragrance-based products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
This applies to:
Change of mind
Personal preference regarding scent
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
We strongly advise customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items (Eligible for Exchange Only)
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective before they reach you.
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with the following:
Order number
Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will send out a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost or not delivered due to courier error, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider. Replacement or compensation will be handled on a case-by-case basis after investigation.
4. Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Damage caused after receiving the product
Attempted opening, tampering, or misuse
Scent not matching personal taste
Delays caused by the courier
